Information regarding which documents must be submitted with the application for an aptitude test can be found on the information page for Study Programmes

There is a possibility of joining the Orientation Classes and Young Talents Programme already in progress, given particular aptitude and after a successful audition.

The audition ("Vortanzen") is the second selection step. The aptitude test is the first selection of applicants made by the University. During this test, the anatomical and physical requirements as well as coordination are examined. An invitation to an audition will be sent out after the aptitude test has been passed. In the audition, the applicants who were successful in the aptitude tests are brought together and then the specific requirements for each of the study programmes are re-examined. A successful audition is one of the prerequisites for admission to a study programme.

You can find the exact dates and location in our Calendar.

Your chances of being accepted depend on your abilities. The number of study places is limited in all of the study programmes. In the event that the number of applicants who have had successful auditions exceed the number of available study places, a ranking and allocations process will be conducted.

Applicants who come from non-European countries and require a visa for the aptitude test have to obtain a “prospective student visa”. More information regarding visas is available at DAAD Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst.
